I've worked in Sit-Coms, Daytime, Procedurals and in dozens of films. I've acted in many National Commercials. Also, I have an active theater career that includes Broadway, London's West End and countless theaters across the country, most recently a season at Utah Shakespeare Festival.
I've trained in Los Angeles with Lesly Kahn, Max Decker & QueerVox. In New York, I was a professional guest artist at HB Studios.
I'm a graduate of The University of Michigan and Interlochen Arts Academy. Also, I'm a certified Teaching Artist and have lead master classes in Acting & Audition Technique at Kent State University, Idyllwild Arts Academy and Sotomayor Arts & Science Magnet. Finally, I have experience in Casting as a long time & occasional assistant to Paul Ruddy, CSA.

Perry Laylon Ojeda is a professional actor & singer that has enjoyed a thriving career for more than three decades; including roles on Broadway, London's West End, Concerts & Cabarets, Voiceover, Hosting and many roles on Film & Television.
First coming into his own in the leading role of "Gabey" in George C. Wolfe's 1998 Broadway Revival of ON THE TOWN, he later went on to greater acclaim creating the role of "Marco" in the World War II drama by Frank McGuinness, DOLLY WEST'S KITCHEN at The Abbey in Dublin, Ireland and then again in London's West End.
He's acted in roles at top regional theaters across the US including most recently at Utah Shakespeare Festival, South Coast Rep, The Old Globe, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival and Orlando Shakespeare Theater.
An accomplished solo concert artist, in 2017, Mr. Ojeda received a grant from Coachella Valley Rep to create his latest act, JUST IN TIME: The Songs of Betty Comden & Adolph Green; which he went on to perform at Upstairs at Vitello's in Los Angeles and 54 Below in Manhattan as well as around the world onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines.
On screen, Perry has been featured in roles as varied as national commercials for the likes of Olive Garden to Disneyland... he's been the spokesman for Ritz Crackers Bacon and The Minerva Diet Plan. He's performed roles on Television for top shows including WHY WOMEN KILL, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, ELI STONE, ALL MY CHILDREN, GUIDING LIGHT, DAYS OF OUR LIVES and others. He's enjoyed playing characters in films for Hallmark Channel, LIFETIME, ION, Sy-Fy Network and TNT. His favorite roles have been for young audiences including a guest starring role on IMAGINATION MOVERS for Disney+ as well as roles the long running T-REX RANCH on YouTube and COCOMELON on Netflix.
Perry grew up in Adrian, Michigan (home to the Croswell Opera House, where he first learned his love of acting & singing). He is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy and The University of Michigan Musical Theater Program.
He is a proud Latino of Mexican descent and gay uncle to his terrifically talented and intelligent nieces & nephews.
