Hayley is an actor originally from Preston, Lancashire. She attended Preston Youth Theatre, and trained in performing arts before being awarded a scholarship for drama school. Hayley is probably best known for the following television shows: Coronation Street, Cold Feet and Magic Hands for CBeebies ( 2 series and specials. Broadcast Award nominees). Hayley is one half of The Lipstick Thespians who strive to bring strong female roles to the stage in accessible theatre for all. She is an advocate for diversity, LGBTQ+ rights, equality and neurodiversity. Hi all,
I have been working in the industry as an actor and voice artist for over 20 years in screen, theatre and radio. Credits include: Coronation Street (series regular), Cold Feet, Magic Hands (two series. Broadcast Award nominees), Save Luna (Wild Kate Productions/Whatifi/Netflix), Ellen Wilkinson in Ellen's Longest Night (theatre) and Mary Quaille in Dare to be Free (The Lowry/Roundabout). I love to play strong female roles and I am an advocate for LGBTQ+ and the neurodiverse community.
I joined this site because I absolutely love to lift and nurture others. I absolutely love working as a director, and when I see colleagues doing well it really puts a smile on my face.
