Daniel Gavris

Hi there!

My name is Daniel Gavris and I would love to teach, coach you in the crafts of theatre, drama and acting and offer competent and professional help in directing and acting-problem-solving, how to prioritize and manage complex texts-problems, acting analysis technique, same with motivation, coaching, improvising and directing tips and help. I had the first contact with this field in primary school at the age of 11 and the first pedagogical activity was a couple of years later when I decided to ground an association of this kind named, Theatre and Art-Club named ''Arttis'' in Romania. An Art-Club that organized workshops, plays for volunteering and theatre festivals and competitions between young artists. After that, I decided to let the Club grow alone and I moved to Vienna to sharpen my knowledge in this fine crafts of teaching, acting and directing and graduated the university with a Master Degree.
As an actor and director, I was hard active for 6 years and, as you know, or you don't know but you will find out, you have to deliver a high quality of performance, having a lot of responsibilities from the very beginning, building a role, being punctual, improvising and applying the knowledge accumulated so far. Skills and abilities that helped me design and create over 30 different drama characters and roles and with which we have had a lot of tournaments in different European countries.
And this can be possible in three languages, like German, Romanian and English language.
Born in Romania, trained in the crafts of acting, drama and theatre after Bertolt Brecht, Konstantin Sergejewitsch Stanislawski, Lee Strasberg and Michael Chekhov technique in Vienna, with a master's degree, with more than six years of acting, directing and drama theatre experience and in present, doing a PhD Degree in Theatre and Arts in London.
