Kaitlyn Hoffman

I grew up in a small suburban town in New Jersey across the bridge from Philadelphia. As a Jersey kid, I had big aspirations of being the next Bon Jovi and begged for a guitar to start my band. I made a deal with my dad who said if I auditioned for the middle school play Santa might get me a guitar.

I auditioned, got my guitar, and then just kept acting. I did theatre throughout middle school and high school. In High School I trained under a Stella Adler based program taught by Joseph Farina and Steve Bishop.

When it came time to choose a college and a major I was determined to be a Theatre major. I just recently graduated in May 2014 from Pennsylvania State University (University Park Campus) with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising. While at Penn State I studied under Matthew Toronto, Steve Broadnax, Annie McGregor, and Rob Schneider. Penn State's technique is mainly based around Meisner.

I typically work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm so I usually will not be available during this time frame. Contact me in advance and maybe we can set something up :D
