Rowen Bridler

I'm from Bristol, UK but I've lived in London, Manchester, Prague, Paris, New York and the suburbs of Illinois, just outside of Chicago. (My parents emigrated there.)

I acted in German in Ole Bornedal's '1864' (BBC FOUR) playing Johanna von Bismarck, opposite Rainer Bock as Otto von Bismarck.

I was nominated for Best Actress at Feel The Reel Film Festival for my role in the short film 'Blue Monday' set in 1980s Southampton. It was screened at the BFI in July 2022. I also wrote, co-directed and acted in a short film for the WAFL smartphone film festival, as a bilingual French/English piece, in 2021.

I also speak French (near-fluent) and German, Czech and some Spanish (intermediate).

I have Helicopter (R22) and light aircraft (Piper) flight training (both in the US and UK). So if you need to know what the helicopter equivalent of a steering wheel is called, I can help!)
