Fiamma Bennett has been performing and creating dramatic and comedic plays for 9 years in English, French and Italian. In 2008 she moved to Paris, swapping the boardroom for the boards, graduating from L’Ecole Internationale de Jacques Lecoq in 2010. While living in Paris Fiamma has trained with Jos Houben, Paola Rizza, Jack Waltzer, Eric Viala and others. She has had the honour to perform with some of her idols: Jos Houben, Francoise Rivalland, Emily Wilson, Peter Brook, Rona Waddington to name but a few; in such theatres dreams are made of: Theatre du Soleil, Lucenaire and Les Bouffes du Nord; in plays where her emotional range, presence and comic talents can flex their mighty wings as Cordelia in King Lear, Hedda in Hedda Gabler and the-girl-in-blue-tights-on-all-fours-with-coconuts-for-hooves in Repertoire. Her heart lies in Théâtre but her dreams lie in Cinema. Since graduating she has completed many short films, including winning Best Actress in 2014 for her comedic role in Kidnapping. She also filmed A Poem of a House for The National Trust, whereupon visitors of the Red House can see William Morris’ women brought to life on the very walls of his own home. Not one to limit herself, Fiamma also trained as a Voice Over artist in 2017 with “Les Coachs Associés” and the renowned John Berrebi. Her unique sensual vocal tones can be enjoyed by visiting casting voa.
Fiamma’s dream is to perform in a Period Drama, looking forlornly out of the window whilst men fall around her, in awe of her beguiling beauty and awesome talent, whilst simultaneously playing an updated version of Emma Peel in the Avengers and being the voice over artist for the Archers on BBC Radio 4.
