NYC trained actor/singer/dancer now branching into commercial work in LA. Music was my savior in life, but acting has always been a part of my being!
I have been reading for colleagues and clients for about 7 years now. I’m comfortable reading theater, film, tv, commercial scripts.
During my twenties, I ran a content creation business called AC Studios dedicated to helping actors and performers capture quality representation materials. I started reading for clients with my business and am now using WeAudition to further that practice!

Aaron Michael Cooker (Tenor) was most recently seen performing around the world as Guest Entertainer with Princess Cruise Lines, starring in a multitude of main stage productions, including Stephen Schwartz’ The Secret Silk, Encore, On The Bayou, Sweet Soul Music, and Do You Wanna Dance.
Before branching into musical theatre, Aaron studied opera for 12 years. Operatic roles include Guardian Angel in Huggies’ It’s A Wonderful Life, Gherardo in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Torquemada in Ravel’s L'Heure espagnole, Prince Charmant in Massenet's Cendrillon, Captain Tarnitz in Romberg’s The Student Prince, Dr. Blind in Strauss’ Die Fledermaus, and King Kaspar in Menotti’s Amahl and the Night Visitors. Aaron earned Masters & Bachelor degrees from New York University Steinhardt and was a recipient of the Jan Peerce scholarship. In 2008, Aaron earned an Art Scholars Diploma from the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts, a residential performing arts high school in Greenville, SC.
Now exploring a bicoastal life/career between NYC & LA, Aaron is pursuing a diverse career in theater performance and commercial acting!
